The ice cream is really nothing special in taste, and I dare say not very natural, I felt it in my stomach for a few hours after eating. What seems funnier is the fact that the ice cream desserts they serve are not exactly what you order. I had mocha dessert supposedly composed of two scoops of coffee ice cream and one vanilla scoop, I got one coffee and two vanilla ones. My friend ordered the chocolate-mint dessert which had vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate (and as we checked on our way out, they hadn't run out of the flavour) But the worst part was the service that didn'tactually serve us. The two of us were the only customers and we had to transport the order to our table (is it how the parlour operates on daily basis?) and the staff barely spoke a word to us (we speak Polish) but we're very talkative amongst themselves, we basically had the impression we were unwelcome cause it...

The gelato was good but the serving staff was rude. I was the only one in the store morning time and the staff was rushing me as if she just wants to be done. When I was checking the flavors, she rudely said “Pay first before choosing” and rolled her eyes… so I extended my card to pay. I didn’t even know what I was going to order nor how many scoops. She didn’t even bother explaining / translating the flavors (all in Polish) so I had to whip out the Google lens translator on my phone to understand which took longer to choose - very handy app by the way....

The ice cream was lovely but the waitress was the rudest server I have ever encountered home or abroad. The younger brunette waitress was fine but the older blonde waitress was extremely short tempered and rolled her eyes at us when we ordered and continued to speak about us in polish to her colleague. I appreciate it is a busy time with tourists but there is no need to be so rude infront of a customer and forget your basic manners. I wouldn’t return based on the attitude as there are plenty of other good ice cream shops elsewhere...
