Twist Frytki — Restaurant in Warsaw

The person in the cashpoint doesnt know English, I understand that but I cant tolarate that he is being rude too. They are giving you a number when you order your food and I dont know any Polish but that man probably at least know how to say numbers in English. We were waiting for our order and he shouted a number I pointed at my check and ask him if it was ours. He told me no (nie) then I sat back. I was trying to translate my order number to Polish and he came aggressively, took my check from my hand and throw it in the trash. So in summary, there is no customer service at all. They dont even try to communicate w you. Me and my friends never going back...

Ordered some twist fries to take away. There was absolutely no one in line so we thought it would be something fast and we could resume our walk. Unfortunately from the moment of the order to the moment we actually received the fries passed more than 20 min. In the shop there are 2 guys just playing games on their phones instead of serving clients. When finally we received our fries, they were very greasy and burned. 20pln for a medium size, that in McDonald’s would be considered small size....

Edited: Hey, I heard from my friends who recently bought fries from your neighbour. You neighbour claimed that you copied his sauces menu, he has mentioned more things but my friends didn’t remember all.

I know Twist has the same sauces menu since the first day they open :) if anyone check their FB/IG/Google, compare both, it is not hard to find out the true. Just to let...
