Ristorante Pizzeria La Vita è Bella — Restaurant in Wrocław

Last month I visited this restaurant for dinner. My friends all got pizza, and i got risotto with mushrooms. When our waiter asked what i would like, i flipped around and pointed at the menu and showed him exactly what i wanted. When he repeated the order back to us, he read out risotto with mushrooms. Our food came out 30 minutes later, and i was given risotto with a lot of seafood on top. I asked him to clarify what it was, and told him that it was not what I ordered. He said he can get the kitchen to remake my food but at this point everyone had already started eating, so i told him i’m not a picky eater and I will give it a go. I ate some of the seafood, then begun in the risotto. Unfortunately 3 bites in there was a long dark hair (I myself am blonde), which i then showed 2 waiters to which they apologised. I then had to share pizza with my friends. We paid for the bill in which the waiter said my meal wouldn’t be on the bill. Only when we returned home we saw that we was infact charged for the meal. On top of this, the night after eating the meal at around 2am I was sick three times, confirming that the seafood itself was foul. I reached out to get a refund for this and I have not had a response, even though the restaurant had read the messages. I would not recommend this...

After having really good Caesar Salad here for lunch we went in again for dinner but it was a very disappointing experience. Food was ok (not great). I guess if you go for a guick lunch or pizza its fine, but dont expect much more. Main problem here is the service. The restaurant was full, but the staff was running around like headles chickens with no purpose and sour faces. We ordered a bottle of dry wine and were given a bottle of sweet desert wine by a mistake. Nobody in this ITALIAN restaurant new what "truffle" was and we were waiting for salt which we asked for repetedly througout the whole evening two different people and never got it. I won't even mention the state of the toilet or the fact that I got served knife and fork with my spagetti because I could go on with more and more. My suggestion is... get capable staff and train them in appropriate way to be able to handle a full restaurant because in my opinion the owner is just relying on the fact that his restaurant is in the city centre so new guests will always come and he doesnt need the old ones...

Terrible service. We waited an hour and our food never arrived, another table that came later than us and ordered more food got food before us. When we wanted to leave, they didn't let us leave and we were late to our bus. We wanted to dine in but we couldn't because they took AN HOUR to make our food when they promised it'll be made in 20-30minutes. When we took our food to go (because we couldn't dine in), it was all very greasy and poorly packed. When we opened the package it was dirty and a very small portion, compared to what we saw others got in the restaurant. Also, the food was terrible. Very greasy, a lot of unnecessary ingredients and the other meal we got (not included in the pictures) wasn't what we ordered. We also didn't get any napkins, and I think all of this happend because we are from a neighbouring country and underage. You only get good service if you sit outside in the front, but they don't care about you if you sit elsewhere. Very bad experience, would not...
