We first discovered it during our trip to Portugal 🇵🇹- and it stayed in our hearts ever since. The borscht is real - rich, flavorful, and full of comfort. The zrazy are tender and juicy, just like mom’s. The eggplant dish was a total surprise - so aromatic and perfectly spiced. We also had holubtsi (stuffed cabbage rolls) and deruny (potato pancakes) - both incredibly tasty and full of that homemade comfort you rarely find away from home.
