Overwhelming experience.
My partner and I chose this restaurant based on very good reviews, unfortunately didn't meet our expectations.
Been waiting for our food for almost an hour (Monday lunch time), but once our food arrived, my shrimp curry was missing a rice, which I mentioned immeditelly. The gantleman, who was serving us came back with a tiny portion of chips saying "sorry, we have no more rice left". Wouldn't mind to order something else if I'd been told when ordering or at least got offered some options I could choose from instead of rice, but this is not acceptable especially after this long wait.
We got some drinks on house as an apology, but then got charged for steak more than was on the menu and had to mention this as well.

The dishes we tried and do recommend are the scallops and lemon rice, prawn buttery curry, tar tar, goat cheese and jam starter, grilled octopus starter and the spicy tomatoe mussels. These are must try, BEAUTIFUL. The baby squids were not fully cleaned, but maybe that is the way they are served here. SERVICE The manager, Jorge, is so good front-of-house, that he made everyone immediately at home and is happy to make recommendations. Also a shout out for Consuela, the lovely Chillian waitress, always smiling and loves the job. CUISINE The Portuguese chef has spent 20 years in California and knows his stuff! He works in such a small, open kitchen but produces excellent dishes. We can recommend the dried Atum as a starter and both the curried prawns and Bacalau a Brás mains.
We enjoyed it so much we returned the next evening and weren't the only ones to do so.
