Our experience was very disappointing. We were initially told to wait “just a moment,” but ended up sitting for more than half an hour without any attention. Then, another customer arrived and we were told the place would close at midnight, so if we wanted to order, we should hurry. Even though we chose something quick to consume, our order was ignored. To make matters worse, in the end we were told they actually wouldn’t close at midnight after all, and that if we wanted to wait, we could, otherwise we should just leave.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect. I cannot recommend this place and I am leaving a negative review based on this...

Had some late-night treats here and my taste buds were dancing for joy. I came for the pastel de nata — creamy, flaky, and rich in flavor — and it was everything I hoped for. I also tried a cinnamon cake, which was plain but good, nice and moist. Then I had a Bolo de Amêndoa (almond cake), which was moist, slightly chewy, and topped with caramelized almonds — such a nice surprise.
