Spacious and clean room in central location. There is a lovely roof terrace where breakfast was served and it turned into a sky bar in the evening for chilled cocktails. The host was lovely and made us feel welcomed. The room has a big comfortable bed and also sofa bed. There is a sink and a little fridge freezer. The bathroom is spacious with a strong shower. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but it is enough to give you a kick start to the day, the only hot item available was eggs made to order the way you like. We liked the central location with easy access to everything.

The studio was nice and clean, the staff helpful and friendly. Location is everything, right in the center of Lagos & 10 min walk to the beach. We could check-in early by asking nicely. There is a rooftop bar on top of the building - it is stated everywhere on the website, of course it means there is a little bit of noise! You really got what you pay for (read before you book).

Just look at the photos we were meant to stay a week 3 days was enough fridge didn't work feet stuck to the floor hammering fitting led lights to the bar above 0100hrs no security levels anybody off the street can walk right up to your room door and nobody would know as reception is on the roof where the ankle deep paddling pool is avoid like the plague

The apartment management fraudulently claimed £40.93 from my credit card " DAYS after we left the apartment due to the honest negative feedback we left on booking.com. Do not book this hotel if you require any sleep at all as the noise is horrendous from surrounding area. Do not book this hotel if you want a swimming pool that you can actually swim in. Do not book this hotel if you require a clean and fully useable kitchen area. Do not book this hotel if you require a safe place for your children to play and walk around the roof top paddling pool area. Do book this hotel if you want to occur fraudulent charges after you have been checked out. Do book this hotel if you like getting splinters from the roof top paddling pool area as it is very poorly maintained. Do book this hotel if you want to risk falling from the roof as the surrounding glass protection is flimsily anchored down. Do book this hotel if you like waiting nearly 4 hours to gain entry into the building. Do book this hotel if you want to be kept waiting waiting over two hours to check out and gain your deposit back for the car parking pass card. Finally do book this hotel if you want over-priced food and drink and not receive everything that you would normally expect like toilet paper and a courteous host. The only positive I can really offer is we eventually left this hell hole that only uses Covid19 to their...

Nice view from splash pool on rooftop with poolbar. The morning staff don't have much English to understand our arrival to hotel.|It's in main square of the shops, eating area. The room was spacious and gorgeous looking room with mini kitchenette.you do hear the noise from street below, so earplugs are the best 👌 Few steps to get luggage 🧳 up as well as lift to use at few stages.Staff were OK but had to ask for help.Breakfast was simple but OK, some bread was stale 🍞 🥖 ask for fresh ones.||There was a issue with my card not being valid and declined by hotel boss, through a hotel third-party booking site, which wasn't possible as it wasn't declined on previous days bookings at other hotels booked.|The boss call me and forcefully requested I cancel my booking on third party site and paid in full at hotel. This isn't exceptable way of doing business 🙄 so you don't pay commissions to 3rd party booking site !!!! You pretend my card is invalid and make me pay at hotel so full costs to you and none to booking party.||I've contacted 3rd party company and they are dealing with the issues and stress you cause me on my vacation!!! NEVER had this problem before, you scam people into this way of payment to your hotel. 😔 😟 🙁 Couldn't check in until 2pm on the dot !! No food or drinks available during the day,bar opens in late afternoon with cash only payments. No card excepted...
