I was quite disappointed in this particular Padaria spot. Having been to 2 or 3 (Campo Pequeno for example) other Padarias, the pastries offer was rather scarce in comparison to those other two, perhaps because of the hour being around 18 or 19.

I was quite frustrated with the service, too. Trying to order the sandes menu I heard there was no more soup, which I presume happens, but when I asked if there was a possibility of replacing it with one more piece of pastry, a quite sensible idea I think, I heard that it was impossible and it could only be replaced by a coffee (which I do not drink, making it a no-go). The employee also kept addressing other customers without finishing my order (however unfortunate the situation was) and chatting nonchalantly with other employees rather than finilizing the issue at hand. It wasn't the treatment that I was used to after visiting Padaria a couple of times in other locations, where I was always very satisfied with the service.

I must admit I was puzzled by the lack of flexibility in the offer, especially as if I understand the business correctly (also given the hour, when it is late into the day and whatever is left over will not be of profit, therefore logically one would like to sell it), it is in the company's interest to sell its products to customers, which in this case was made impossible.

All in all, although I really appreciate Padiaria's menus and products, this particular location is from now on...

I have been a loyal customer of this Padaria Portuguesa, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been unacceptable. On my last visit, an employee named Neuza was extremely unprofessional and screamed at me without any reason. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such behavior from her, which makes the situation even more disappointing.

As someone who is not fluent in Portuguese but makes an effort to communicate, I expect patience and understanding, not hostility. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any establishment that prides itself on customer service.

I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure other customers are treated...

A fine modern bakery in the middle of Lisbon. This bakery is very close to where I was staying in Lisbon. It quickly became my go-to place for breakfast. I enjoyed their bacalhau, nata, and croissant. They have a spacious outdoor seating, which we used a lot. Beware of a few pigeons in this area who are looking to jump at your food. Be cautious!

Modern and friendly local bakery with freshly baked bread and pastries. We had eggs for breakfast with juice and coffee. You have to take a ticket and queue but the system is efficient and the staff are helpful and friendly. Everything was delicious and prices very good 👍🏻
