Bananacafe Praça do Município — Restaurant in Lisbon

Starting from good things the local has nice prices, but unfortunately that was the end of the good sights. The place didn't has many positions from their menu (for ex. Pastel de Nata or Fresh Orange Juice). One of our friend needed to ask twice for cafe and the snack as for the first time he has not been listened. I would say the stuff was also neutral to us (I can't say they were impolite, but also not friendly and helpful). The snack we ordered - Cheese Bombs was tasteless. The last point of the visit was lemonade which was basically squeezed lemon with mint (if you like super sour things its ok, but in my opinion it was way to much), also we needed to remember ourselves about the lemonade, because it was also forgotten to be prepare for us...

I have had the experience of drinking two coffees and when I asked them to warm them up because they were freezing cold the African woman made them burning hot. This just shows the bad attitude of not wanting to attend customers… another detail that destroys this place is the bad choice of music, you can’t sit down and eat and appreciate the Portuguese architecture and listen to “Brazilian rap” when it should be a calm atmosphere not a night club. Be careful, they lie about prices, what you see on the menu is not what you will pay, we should have paid almost twice more for the white wine, also their happy hours should be actually called sad hours - apparently your drink is not entitled to be cheaper. More over very rude service, after we wanted explanation and refund for being overcharged, the guy came to us after while and thrown the money with impet on the table and left.
