The starter was really good. Then we asked for a picanha in bolo do caco and the meat was like a rubber sole. When we called for the waitress and complained about the quality of the meat, she left us without any response. After fifteen minutes we called for another waitress, who took the plate to the kitchen and said the manager would come. One hour had passed since our first complaint and no one addressed the situation. When we decided to leave the table and talk to the manager, that was at the counter preparing drinks, he told us we had to pay for the food nevertheless, because we still tasted it. Nice place, nice music, food taste great and that’s all coz ppl who works there don’t care about customer at all. Waiting time is almost forever! Feijoada - this amazing dish is served in this place with only fat and bones. When I showed it to weiter he said it’s unacceptable but I still was charged for it €12!!!! Don’t recommend this place at all OVERPRICED and WORST CUSTOMER...

I had a few drinks tonight (21/oct) at around 8-9 pm. I paid with cash and the waiter was supposed to give me €12,50 as change. He gave me a lot of coins (grouped together), which instead of being €1, turned out being only 20 cents coins: in total, I received like 4 euros and I only realized that after I left.
