Honestly, after all the reviews i saw i had really high expectations. I went there with my partner and they told us to sit on a 2 chairs table, we asked to sit on the booth but they didn’t let us because it’s only for 3/4 people. And although we understood, it was Tuesday at 4/5pm and it was empty and they had plenty of empty seats so it wouldn’t really change anything yet they didn’t let us sit on the booth. It was extremely loud on the restaurant, not because of clients but the staff was talking to each other louder than the clients which made the experience quite draining for us. I would understand if the restaurant was packed or if it was the customers making noise but that wasn’t it. Later on a family of four came to the restaurant and they requested to sit on the booth, and the waiter kept telling them to sit on another table. Later on the family separated (2 people sat on the booth and 2 others went to another table), the lady that i believe was the manager went there to talk to the people on the booth to tell them they cannot stay there and that they had to move to another seat, which the costumers insisted on staying on the booth, and she also insisted they had to move till they ended up moving to another seat. Which i thought it was incredibly disrespectful, because they had plenty empty seats just in case more people came by. To move a costumer out of their seat is rude and distasteful. My partner and i had the whole table packed with food, plates on the edge of the table just because we couldn’t seat on the booth and besides there was only the bigger table for 5/7 people, all tables were singles or for people eating little food which made it an even more awful experience. I’m not one to write reviews, but i truly think this was necessary as i also went there due to the amount of good reviews it has. Truly think they should focus more on costumer service and less on the booths because is truly never...
Read moreIncredible! My girlfriend and I decided we wanted a burger tonight, and after doing copious amounts of research, landed on dallas as our spot. We were a bit sceptical as this place seems to have opened pretty recently and seemed to be very "Instagram worthy" for lack of a better term. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and quality of food we enjoyed tonight. We got sat in a cosy corner booth. I ordered their signature beer, an Amber ale. My Portuguese taste buds were not accustomed to such a strongly flavoured beer, but overall, I enjoyed it. (Had a chocolate /coffee/ carmely flavour) anyway on to the food... it knocked our socks off. We had bacon cheese fries with truffle mayo, the onion vice burger, and the classic signature burger. Every single bit was juciy, flavorful, unique, and borderline a piece of heaven. They truly hit every single set of criteria for a perfect burger. Buttery soft buns, melted and gooey American cheese, perfectly grilled patties, and unique toppings. Additionally, the ambience was great. Music were classic American throwbacks, giving a touch of nostalgia. You could sing along or ignore carry on a nice conversation as the volume was perfect (hard to find these days) decor was fun and unique and we got the feeling that the waiters were having a gentle good time being there. Saw a real sense of comraddery and friendliness between the staff. To top it all over, it was just over 30€ for two alcoholic drinks, two burgers, and fries. 100% recommend to anyone wanting a perfect burger without braking the bank. So...

Fries Tasted: Cheesy Bacon Fries
I've had the pleasure of enjoying the Dallas Classic Cheeseburger three times, and it's been consistently good. I always customize it by adding bacon and removing the pickles.
Twice, the burger had the perfect amount of sauce, but on my third visit, I tried the double Dallas Classic Cheeseburger. While it was still delicious, it could have used a bit more sauce, so I ordered extra. Just a heads up: the additional sauce comes cold, so be prepared for that. The bun is nice and the meat is juicy, with a rich sauce that some might find a bit greasy, but I think it's just right. Additionally, they can cook the meat to your preference: rare, medium, or well done.
I also tried the Cheesy Bacon Fries. They're heavy and filling, with the cheese binding the fries together which makes fries soft not crispy. While the flavor is okay, I would only recommend these fries on their own if someone wants to try them. The burger is the main attraction, and you don't need to order fries with it—it's...
