The cafe is homely, cute and cozy with an indoor and outdoors sitting area. They have decorated it with soft tones of light browns, blues and whites filled with candles and pretty lights 🤩❤️☕️

Staff| Varvara was nice, friendly and attentive, like any business owner she wanted to make sure that everything was to our likings.

She took the time to sit down with us and have a friendly chat about how she got started with her cafe and so much more.

Food and drinks| Delicious Scandinavian food 😍

To eat we had Scandinavian toast with roast beef and dijon sauce and potato pancakes with cream cheese with gravlax 🤤😋 it all tasted amazing, the beef was well seasoned and cooked to perfection and the potatoes and gravlax were so so yummy 😍♥️

To drink we had the best glass of Schiefer wine 🍷🤩 and to finish a nice cup of coffee ☕️🥰

Overall| Delicious food, excellent service, cozy and relaxing vibes 😍☕️🍷

This is a place that’s riddled with some major service problems. And its tables are on a very curvy street where cars are often roaming in 20 cm from you. We had a situation when a girl sitting behind a neighbor table collapsed because of the uneven ground (and tables with chairs are super cheap and lousy), she bumped into our table and the whole big cup of cappuccino spilled all over us. They offered little to no help to wipe coffee from our clothes and then they brought another cappuccino to our table BUT they included it to the bill of the girl who collapsed BECAUSE of their lousy tables and chairs, which is crazy. Also, “syrniki” are done pretty badly, there are so many more places in Lisbon with a better option. The vinho espumante they serve by glass is pretty bad,...

I was looking for the syrniki in town. Unfortunately all the places I am used to go were out of the cottage cheese, so I decided to give a try to Flat Cafe. Regarding the food: the portion was fine, but there was not enough sour cream. Also according to my taste there was too much of flour and just a little of cottage cheese, what makes the syrniki to heavy, dry and hard, more of sour cream would help probably a bit. I also ordered omelette and bread, the portion of the bread was extremely small, so I had to order double the portion. Atmosphere: I would probably add some hanging pictures on the walls or flowers, it would be eye catchy and more vivid. Overall: you have to order more to be fulfilled, otherwise one portion...
