I came here because as I was browsing through nearby site, I chanced upon this location. Nearly 200 reviews. All 5 stars. There must be something special about it.
So I went - expecting to see a crowded shop with a line (much like most other highly rated restaurants in Lisbon I visited on this trip). But no, it was nice, cozy, quiet. A real hidden gem - just as the other reviewers explained.
The menu was simple - wine, cocktails, bruschetta, and some starters. On the owner's (José? I hope I spelt it right) recommendation - I picked out a bruschetta, a chorizo sausage and some bread to balance it (he masterful advised me to do so) as well as the much reviewed Sangria.
The Sangria came first - and my God, was it good. The best I've ever had. Cinnamon and mint complemented the sweetness of the red wine Sangria. I quickly finished it and ordered another.
The food was also spectacular. And it's a shame that this place was so quiet today. I expect, actually - it may even be at a Michelin level.
Great ambience. Comfortable. Chill music. Amazing food. The only thing I regret is being here myself so I could not try all the food and drink available.

Super chill / warm feeling neighborhood cocktail bar with: -great tapas -creative and delicious cocktails -cold beer -killer tunes -incredibly welcoming, kind, and grateful owner
This was the absolute highlight of our 2 weeks in Portugal and the owner and the style of the bar is what brings me back to Portugal each time. I Cannot say enough good things about this spot and I hope everyone in the area has a chance to have a bite and drink here at some point
**he did mention he will possibly have some “winter-style” cocktails coming out during the cooler months so check it out and see what he cooks up!
Cheers & thank you for...
Read moreWe came here cause we saw all the five star reviews, and had to see what all the fuss was about.
Small, intimate and stylishly decorated restaurant. Specialises in bruschetta tapas. The dishes are priced fair. We took a charcutery as a starter, excellent. We ordered a red sangria; best one we have ever had. Ordered the bruschetta with chicken and one with Azorean cheese; better than the ones we had in Italy. Finished with the brownie, best brownie we ever ate. The music playlist is also very good, chill vibes. The service is excellent as well. The owner works with the utmost precision and is very helpful and friendly. So; another five star review. In all honesty, We wish we could give 6 stars. They...
