An amazing little spot. Just stumbled across it. The gentleman that was running it was super friendly and accommodating. We spoke no Portuguese, and he spoke little english, but we figured it out 😅. After the meal had finished and we paid the bill he brought us out a little bottle of grappa. I wasn't sure if we're supposed to drink all of it, or just a shot each, so I hedged my bets and had 2 😆. This location is really a surprise we didn't expect in this area - it was recommended from our host. The atmosphere and interior design is similar of a local pub, also some guys are looking football on TV... The service is friendly and the most important aspect is the very tasty food. HIDDEN GEM of Lisbon here you will find great Portuguese cuisine that is authentic. I would personally recommend the shrimp as well as the cod fish fritters. The service is great our server spoke English enough to help us out and was very kind. For desserts there is the usual but try the rum omelette it is unusual but worth the experience

Davide and his father run this charming restaurant with very large portion sizes and a very welcoming ambiance. They're both very attentive to patrons and the food was delicious! Place always had people coming in so be prepared to wait! Would visit again!! (Not pictured the class- delicious)

Bustling authentic Portuguese no frills restaurant. Wine and beer, bacalao was a bit dry but we were in at the end of the night, chicken sausage and egg, interesting texture, like pate, garlic chicken breast and fries. Lovely atmosphere, proper authentic!
