Excellent service, friendly vibe...had great expectations from the food too, but was quite disappointed. .... Is it possible to get stale cod in Lisbon, a city famed for its fresh Atlantic cod? I would give only half a star ⭐ if possible. My grilled cod looked great, but tasted terrible, dry (dripping in oil though), tough, and stale. I was hungry but couldn't put that in my mouth after a while, and left half of that huge fish portion on the plate. I did eat the potatoes and carrots and beans though. And the lettuce and the piece of tomato were fresh. My husband finished his burger only because he was very hungry. We also got some French fries...they were stale too..like zero crunch, very dry and you can bend them completely like rubber. I came home feeling quesy in my stomach and mouth, and worried. Maybe they are not very careful with the quality of the food, serving regular white vinegar in "Modena balsamic vinegar" bottles. And the oil was certainly not olive oil as said, it's some non aromatic oil. The restaurant is located in a tourist hub, so I can't expect much. But I must mention that I had the best grilled sea bream the night before in a different restaurant in another tourist...

Read moreThis place is horrible first of all the servers were giving us attitude and I don’t know if it’s because I’m Asian or what and they all keep rolling there eyes every time we spoke to them. Secondly the soup should come before the main meal right? My soup came after the main dish. My daughter asked for pickles on the side they forgot we ordered some butter they forgot we asked about the soup the forgot it so it came after the main meal and you may think there is a language barrier but they spoke really well English and there was soooooo much attitude coming towards us and they were not giving the other customers attitude and they were getting perfect attention and we were just ignored.
So DON’t EAT HERE especially if you’re Asian.
I must add the service was so bad that I lost my appetite and didn’t even eat more than a couple bites of my food, which was mediocre.
At the end, after we paid the full bill, the only thing that they cared about was that we were leaving a bad...
