Sushicome — Restaurant in Lisbon

Sushicome offers a 19,90€ (price has been raised recently) for an all you can menu (except drinks) which is a bit steeper than other restaurants of the same sort.

Everything is made through their app and you pay in the end.

Make sure to use the description box before ordering the food to ask for the all you can eat menu before they start bringing in the food in order to avoid misunderstandings (there is no actual option to select this menu variety).

They have been around since 2009 and thus, have the reputation and the clientele to ask for more €€€ out of their costumers.

The food is average quality (i'm not that much of an asian connoisseur mind you) but it still decent and adequate enough for the price.

The staff is unhelpful and won't talk to you unless you signal for them to come over.

They barely speak portuguese and their english is almost non existent. They just nod their heads and say basic words in the hopes that you understand. Forget about asking help or explanation about the dishes. Either you are a sushi connoisseur or you're left wondering (such as myself).

The one thing they are top notch at is bringing the drinks and refills right away (€€€).

I ended up asking for more food than i could stomach, but it's all in the photos below.

All in all, i think Sushicome knows their business and provides a good service for casual costumers, even considering the price increase.

Quite possibly the worst Asian food I've ever had. It was almost impossible to find a piece of shrimp in the shrimp tempura. The two chicken dishes were swimming in rancid tasting oil. It's a buffet, so you can try lots of different dishes, but every single dish we tried was worse than the one before. One gets the impression that they're not actually fixing anything except perhaps the sushi and the rest of the food products would seemed to be from a frozen food vendor, and all they're doing is heating them up.
