DO. NOT. EAT. HERE! They threatened customers with legal action because i was going to leave a review about them. No one cared at the restaurant and would not get any manager to assist. They sat us outside and said only inside was reserved for reservations when we made it weeks ago before our cruise. We are only here one night so not much can be done if not in the moment. The inside remained empty the entire time we were there which was almost two hours. It took 12 minutes to take our drink order another 28 minutes to come to our table and get us anything at all. We are the only ones this happened to as i watch everyone be greeted sat and accommodated everyone in 5 not more than 10 minutes. We waited 40 just for someone to come take our food order. We waited another 40 minutes for the food. The nachos were awful and i told the hostess if we could have the fried onion instead and two different people heard me but never put the order for it in. It was not busy at all I’m the head chef of a winery so service should be atleast decent if you come to an expensive steak house. Waiting an hour and half for anything is absolutely ridiculous. I saw our food sit up there until the two larger parties got everything then the delivered our food. The Mac n cheese was cold , beef Wellington was laughable how bad it was, All of the food we could barely eat anything because it was cold. No one came back to see how the food was if we needed anything and when i said something the hostess lady ignored me completely twice. This is the worst service i have ever received. When i emailed them nicely explaining what happened because no one did anything when i spoke at the restaurant they acted as if this was my fault then treated legal action against me if went to social media or leave a review. We could not do anything else we took an Uber to get there 35 minutes so we could go no other place. I would never treat any of my customers this way and expect them to still pay after almost two hours and poor service. We pour two drinks and flies got in them. They acknowledge that the staff had no kitchen experience and just argued back n forth instead of accommodating the customer and we spend over 150 euros. Barely anyone spoke English and the main restaurant manger was taking every single tables orders. The restaurant wasn’t even half full and they aren’t open but only 5 hours. Never come here anywhere else is better. Atleast they will treat you with respect and not arguing back n forth when they are wrong not having enough staff or properly train staff on atleast customer service. The food was awful and was over priced. The staff and management aren’t going to help you so help yourself and spendyour hard earn money somewhere they will appreciate your business. We came here for New Year’s Eve and the customer service was off the charts. Our server was Saraj Sam who was very attentive and gave great service. Luis was the manager who was tending to customers and ensuring everything went smoothly. Sr. Alt was the owner who was making rounds and checking on customers was super friendly and his wife did an outstanding job with the New Year’s Eve decorations!
We started out with the appetizers of jumbo prawns, croquettes, carpaccio, & club vegan. All of them did not disappoint. The prawns 🦐 had a flavorful tomato base that was delicious, the croquettes were 100% beef without any filler. The Carpaccio was bursting with flavor and my favorite of all the appetizers the Club Vegan was complex tasting and tasted like actual avocado dip.
Our main course was the File Cafe De Paris and the Beef Wellington. Both were cooked to perfection with temperature and flavor.
We ordered basmati rice and truffle mashed potatoes as sides. The rice was great as well as the mashed potatoes.
To finish off the dinner we got the Baileys Petit Gateau, & the Italian Tiramisu. The tiramisu was moist and perfect. The baileys included ice cream and were decadent!
I would definitely come back here for a meal and would expect the service to be the same. The chef staff worked their butts off behind the scenes ensuring everything dish was served in time on time and was prepared to perfection.
Luis the manager was hustling his tail by delivering meals and taking care of customers.
When we left, Sr Aly and his wife even assisted us by hailing us an Uber to get us home.

Upon arrival, our reservation couldn’t be found, only for it to eventually turn up. From there, things went downhill. We sat for 25 minutes without so much as a glass of water or a piece of bread. Despite multiple attempts to get the waitstaff’s attention, we were ignored until I finally flagged someone down to take our order.
We ordered both entrees and mains, but after 20 minutes, only one entrée arrived. When we inquired about the second, a simple carpaccio, the waiter assured us it was coming. However, another 20 minutes passed, and nothing. When we followed up, the manager claimed we had canceled the dish, effectively calling us liars. At this point, we had been sitting for an hour, with nothing more than an onion appetizer between us.
When our main courses (steaks) finally arrived, they were overcooked or not enough and far from what we had requested. Frustrated with the entire experience, we canceled the remaining order and left. What made the situation worse was the manager’s complete lack of concern, dismissing the issues as if they were insignificant.
For a restaurant of this caliber, both the food and service were shockingly poor. We ended up salvaging the night by heading to the pizzeria downstairs, Pizzaiolo, which I can wholeheartedly recommend. The pizza was fantastic and the service was a breath of fresh air—everything the restaurant...
