I wanted to love this place. My wife and I went here for a quick meal after arriving in Lisbon late past lunch hoping for a smallish meal to hold us over until dinner. The lunch specials seemed to fit the bill and I order the chicken piripiri and my wife ordered the garlic shrimp. The place seemed very clean and the decor and service was exceptional. Unfortunately, I decided to try one of my wife’s shrimp and shortly after started to feel sick. Luckily I only ate one because I recovered an hour or two later, my wife was not so lucky and spent the entire night in the bathroom sick from severe food poisoning. Even more unfortunate for us was this was supposed to be our last night in Lisbon and we were supposed to fly home the next evening, but my wife was bed ridden and could not make it to the airport resulting in a costly 1200 dollar rescheduling fee for our flight plus another 120 for our room. Overall: 3 out of 5. Some dishes were okay, others quite disappointing. Here’s a detailed breakdown: • Edamame – 4/5 Just plain edamame. It would be better with more salt or some spices, but it’s fine as it is. • Peking Duck – 3+/5 A bit too dry and over-fried, but still okay. • Sweet and Sour Chicken – 2/5 Very disappointing. It’s mostly batter — you can barely taste any actual chicken, and it feels like there might be hardly any inside. The sauce is also really underwhelming — nothing like the classic sweet and sour sauce. This version tastes cheap and artificial. We didn’t even finish it. • Rice – 1/5 Very dry and hard. Seems like it was reheated from the day before. • Wakame Salad – 1/5 Surprisingly bad. Tasted like it had been sitting out too long without refrigeration. The flavor was really off. • Smashed Cucumbers – 4/5 Tasty and refreshing, but they could be more “smashed” for better texture, and the garlic in the sauce was too subtle. • Soup – 2/5 Lacks acidity and spices — very bland and...

EXCELLENT SERVICE & STAFF. Staff is friendly, helpful, attentive and joyful. We have dined here multiple times and the great service is consistent. The employees SMILE.
