A Delicious Dive in Lisbon Yuki Ramen in Lisbon is a gem that deserves to be recommended. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The restaurant is bright and inviting, with a clean and well-equipped interior. But what truly sets Yuki Ramen apart is the staff. They were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The star of the show, of course, is the ramen. They offer a great selection of classic and innovative options. On the day I visited, they had a special Shrimp Ramen prepared in a flavorful seafood broth. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try, and it was an absolute delight! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. However, a word to the wise: the portions are incredibly generous! I sadly had to leave some noodles behind, simply because I couldn't manage the whole bowl. Adding to the overall value, Yuki Ramen boasts fantastic prices. My delicious seafood ramen was paired perfectly with a refreshing draft Heineken for only €3.50 per half liter. This combination left me feeling happy and satisfied, all for a very reasonable price. In short, Yuki Ramen is a clear recommendation. With its friendly atmosphere, attentive staff, fantastic ramen, and great value for money, this restaurant deserves all five stars! Don't miss out on this...

Small cute shop with various food and beverage options. Friendly atmosphere with a bar and limited seating. Big dessert menu and some tea options for post meal. My server was very good and spoke great English. I had no problems ordering whatsoever. Highly recommend Yuki Ramen!🫶🏻

Appetizer- •Pork Dumplings

Pork dumplings were delicious, I even got another serving after I finished my bowl. Portion was less than 5€ and came with 5 dumplings. Pan fried and golden with soy sauce to dip. If you enjoy spice I recommend asking for the spicy sauce to top, highly recommend!

Main course- •Beef Ramen

I thought the beef ramen was delicious with a reasonable price and portion. Beef was tender and juicy, I just wish they added one or two more pieces as it was kind of underwhelmed by the broth and noodles. Egg was cooked deliciously. Bok choy, carrots, and chives also complemented the bowl very nicely. The noodles are made in house and were perfectly cooked. Definitely recommend!

Dessert- •Mochi

Mochi was definitely store bought not made in house. 4.25€ per one mochi, and served with whipped cream. Limao was my favorite of the three I ordered. They were still good but not as good as the appetizers and...

As a first-time ramen eater, I had the pleasure of dining at Yuki Ramen in Lisbon, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The ramen bowl I tried was a harmonious blend of rich flavors and perfectly cooked ingredients. Each spoonful was a testament to the culinary skills of the chef, with the broth being particularly noteworthy for its depth and warmth. The noodles were cooked to perfection, retaining a pleasing texture that complemented the broth beautifully.

What made the meal stand out was the attention to detail in the preparation and presentation. The balance of spices, the freshness of the ingredients, and the aesthetically pleasing arrangement in the bowl all contributed to a memorable dining experience.

Moreover, the ambiance of Yuki Ramen added to the overall enjoyment. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that the meal was as much about the experience as it was about the food.

In summary, Yuki Ramen in Lisbon is a must-visit for both ramen aficionados and newcomers alike. Their ability to deliver an authentic and delicious ramen experience is commendable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful culinary journey into the...

Well again they dragged me to eat ramen..... so my 2 Chinese friends said 5/10 just meh. The broth was very salty they use a dry powder mix this is not from scratch. Most powder mixes has msg. I gave up after 2 spoonfulls. You lost a star for the chopstick holders that you do not wash but leave on the table for the next person to use. Ewww... They ordered a beef ramen n a pork ramen i ordered the sesame balls. They are tiny as f. Really overpriced for that portion. Do not order those. I had asked about the deep fried eggrolls but was told they were not made inhouse. That says a lot. Pretty obvious from the reviews these are the same kind of people that love Olive Garden.
