My son and I are vegan and my son wanted pizza, but we were with a group of friends and they wanted to eat at Moona. So we picked up a pizza for my son at Italian Republic down the street and we were going to take the pizza to Moona and join our friends. I was going to order the Vegetais Fritas. So I did plan on patronizing your restaurant. Your people were rude, dismissive, condescending and refused to allow him to eat the pizza there. Even though I was going to order something from Moona. Because there was no outdoor eating option for him to eat. The pizza outside was not an option my son and I ended up having to leave our friends and go back to Italian Republic and eat our food there. This was a missed opportunity for your people to just simply be kind and make a small accommodation especially considering that I was going to spend money at your restaurant. 😔😔 I should add that we left Moona and went up the street to Potato Project. I got some french fries and Italian Republic was happy to allow me to eat the french fries that I got from another place there at their restaurant with my son. Read moreI've looked all over Lisbon for good fried chicken, and this is the first place I've tried that truly hit the spot. I ordered the honey fried chicken and also the soja with garlic fried chicken. The one with garlic was a bit too strong. The flavor was just too strong for my liking, but whoever absolutely loves garlic, i recommend this one. The honey fried chicken was absolutely amazing though! The flavor was absolutely on point, not too much honey and not too little, I loved it. They had messed up my order in the beginning and brought me something else. They politely took it back and brought me the correct order right away with a free sauce. Very nice and sweet staff. I wouldn't recommend ordering the extra fries and drink for 3€ more. The fries are just frozen ball fries that come in a super small bowl. Do not recommend that. Other than that, it's a great spot to eat...
Read moreincredible 10/10 chicken, maybe the best I've ever had? the sauces are great and there's loads of options, and the portion sizes are amazing and great value for money. the sides are also great, fries are cooked rly well (portions are a lil small but you don't need much with the portions of chicken), tteokbokki could have more actual rice cakes instead of more sauce/veg but it even comes with an egg. staff are sweet friendly angels who are happy to explain the menu. restaurant itself is cute and understated, pastel and neon vibes. could have a tiny bit more decor but with crispy and juicy chicken like this you won't even be looking up from your plate so who cares! they provide gloves to keep your hands clean too. overall, one of my fav spots in Lisbon hands down. to the very few reviews saying they've had better chicken - pls tell...
