Nous avions entendu beaucoup de bien du restaurant Santa Cruz, et notre expérience a largement dépassé nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et professionnalisme. Le service est irréprochable, attentif sans être envahissant.

La cuisine est tout simplement délicieuse : des plats généreux, authentiques, préparés avec des produits frais et parfaitement maîtrisés. Chaque bouchée était un vrai plaisir. Les desserts maison sont également excellents.

Le cadre est élégant et apaisant, idéal pour profiter d’un moment agréable autour d’un bon repas. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe ! Si vous êtes de passage à Fátima, Santa Cruz est un arrêt obligatoire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Tínhamos recebido ótimas recomendações sobre o restaurante Santa Cruz, e a nossa experiência superou todas as expectativas. Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com simpatia e profissionalismo. O serviço é impecável, atencioso sem ser intrusivo.

A comida é simplesmente deliciosa: pratos generosos, autênticos, preparados com ingredientes frescos e muito bem confeccionados. Cada garfada foi um prazer. As sobremesas caseiras também são excelentes.

O ambiente é elegante e tranquilo, perfeito para desfrutar de uma boa refeição. A relação qualidade-preço é excelente.

Parabéns a toda a equipa! Se estiverem de visita a Fátima, Santa Cruz é uma paragem obrigatória. Voltaremos com muito gosto!

We had heard great things about Santa Cruz, and our experience went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with professionalism. The service was flawless — attentive without being overbearing.

The food was simply delicious: generous, authentic dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a delight. The homemade desserts were also outstanding.

The setting is elegant and peaceful — perfect for enjoying a relaxing and flavorful meal. The value for money is excellent.

Serviço de esplanada muito péssimo Falta de organização o rapaz que nos serviou Deu me pena porque ele estava sozinho a servir 10 mesas com cada mesa 6 lugares Não compreendo a organização de uma pessoa servir tanta mesa Além disso estava a empregada dos gelados sem cliente durante 15 min e só reparou só para o colega, o que ele estava ver em vez de ajudar

Esperamos 30 min para fazer a encomenda Além disso recebemos 45 min as nossosas bebidas Em 1 hora chegou a comida os filetes de pescada. Os filetes tavam secos Fiquei completamente desiludido

Como estava insatisfeito pedi a conta Estive a espera 20 min pela conta com vários avisos que eu queria a conta Como eu não falto ao respeito Fiquei a espera da conta para pagar Mas sei se fossem outros clientes já se iam embora sem pagar a conta

Espero que futuramente melhoram porque acho A esplanada e o restaurante tem um bom aspeto e está bem posicionada mas com este serviço não vão longe

Deutsch: Sehr schlechter Terrassenservice Mangelnde Organisation der Typ, der uns serviert hat, tat mir sehr leid, weil er alleine 10 Tische mit jeweils 6 Plätzen bedient hat Ich verstehe die Organisation einer Person nicht, die so viele Tische servieren muss. Außerdem war die Eisverkauferin die zum Restaurant gehörte 15 Minuten ohne Kunden und hat ihren Kollegen nur angeschaut anstatt zu helfen

Wir warteten 30 Minuten, um die Bestellung aufzugeben. Außerdem haben wir nach 45 min unserer Getränke bekommen In 1 Stunde war das Essen (seehechtflites) da. Die Filets waren trocken. ich war total enttäuscht.

Da ich unzufrieden war fragte ich nach der Rechnung Ich habe 20 Minuten auf die Rechnung gewartet dabei mehrfach hingewiesen dass ich das die Rechnung haben möchte. Da ich nicht respektlos bin, habe ich darauf gewartet, dass ich die Rechnung bezahle, Aber ich weiß, dass andere Kunden schon gegangen wären, ohne die Rechnung zu bezahlen

Ich hoffe, Sie verbessern sich in Zukunft, weil Die Terrasse und das Restaurant sehen gut aus und von der Lage sind sie gut positioniert, aber mit diesem Service kommen...

Found two worms in my freshly squeezed orange juice. Waiter forgot to tell us they ran out of chicken when he took the order, we went there only because of having chicken on the menu so that was disappointing. Brought my husband's food (steak) within couple of minutes of ordering and my food (pizza) 20 minutes after that. Paid for coffee when initially took the order, as we sat outside there was no sign of any staff outside even though we were the only customers there and at least 1 hour after we finished eating, went inside to remind the waiter about the coffee. We will not be going back...
