I very rarely give a 1 star review but we arrived at 2:25 and asked the maitre'd if we would be able to eat since we had 3:30 reservations at the bookstore. She said, no problem. We ordered some salads and pasta at 2:40. 30 mins later at 3:10 we checked on our food and they said just a few more minutes. At 3:30 our food still hadn't arrived. We were able to change our Bookstore reservation to 4pm. At 3:45 our food began to slowly arrive. By 4pm, we were still missing one salad and the focaccia bread. As I was eating my Salad Italia I bit into a hard boiled egg and it was spoiled! Nasty spoiled. I spit it out into a napkin. I had eaten half the salad with no problem so I kept eating. I came to another hard boiled egg and decided to take my chances, I mean why would there be two spoiled eggs?!?! But there were!! Gross!! So when I went to check out, no discount for late food. No discount for spoiled food and we had to ARGUE to get the undelivered food taken off the bill. I'll give them slack for slow delivery. They are TOTALLY understaffed but no apology, no discount AND spoiled food. Never again!!! Oh and my daughter had her stuffed animal, her headphones and MP3 player stolen off the table we were sitting at outdoors when she turned her back. The thief dropped the stuffed animal running away but got away with the MP3 player and the headphones. ...

Absolutely disgusting place that caused major food poisoning in both me and my partner on April 10, 2024. I'm still in bed recovering.

I felt queasy in the stomach after eating their food and ended up vomiting several hours later. Initially, I thought it would be temporary and that everything would be fine, but I was sorely mistaken. What followed was absolutely terrible, and my partner also fell severely ill.

This restaurant completely ruined our trip to Porto, and I can only imagine the deplorable state of their kitchen or how amateur their food handling practices are to cause such severe food poisoning. We endured absolute misery for three full days.

This place should be reported and shut down for its unsanitary practices, and I hope whoever prepared our food faces...

Its located more or less in a mall, it's a new place that seems kinda fancy. It has an outside seating area where you can smoke. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. I especially loved the small woman with short hair, hope she gets a bonus from her boss for her good job! Very sweet and nice! The house wine is great and for a reasonable price. The food is somewhat around 13€ per dish. It was tasty, but not great, therefore I think it's a bit pricy. But since I was so satisfied with the service (had a cute guy serving me in the beginning, I had to run to buy smth and he took care of my stuff meanwhile, very nice as well) I definitely give it 5 stars, taste always lies in the eyes of the betrayer anyway.
