We came here on our first day in Porto, we had a hard time finding grocery stores to find something to eat for breakfast. I would have originally given it 4 stars, but now I give it 3 because of comparing the price to other places that sell loaves of bread.
This small (about 2 breakfasts worth for 2 people) loaf was 3 euros. Whereas grocery stores sell large loaves of bread for 0.69 cents (about 3 breakfasts worth for 2 people). Of course you aren't getting artisanally made sourdough, but I don't think it is worth 3 euros.

If this is not enough, a very friendly service and a poppy atmosphere. My pastel de nata and my sweet croissant with cheese and ham were fantastic, and so my espresso macchiato.
