I reserved a table in this restaurant for four people at 8 pm. At 8pm I arrived and at 8:15 the other one arrived, the other two were a bit late due to the traffic in Porto downtown. The waitress said that if the group were not completed until 8:15, he should to split the table and our friends should wait in the line outside. Ok, fair enough. So we decided to start making the order for all the people of our table (four pizzas), what it means, an order for four people. When we were ordering to other waitress, the unpolite waitress interrupts to say that he would split the table and we were losing two chairs, even explaining we were ORDERING FOR ALL THE PEOPLE, he ignored. We left becausr we dont accept to be treated as we were. The guy was very very unpolite! Manage a restaurant is not only about make money, it is about deal with people and make them have a good experience and come back. Train the people you put to deal with your clients to be AT LEAST polite. From now I will say to all the people I know to AVOID...

If you pick it up or cut it and try to take a bite, everything on top slides off, leaving pizza soup on the plate.
Wait staff was nice. My husband asked to speak to the chef, but he wouldn’t come out to discuss. Even the salad bowl was undercooked with no leoparding on the bottom.
We are honestly not that picky when it comes to pizza, but this was the worst pizza we have ever had.
When we tried to give constructive feedback about the pizza, the waitress made the argument that the mozzarella cheese produces water and that everything was as it should be. As a restaurant owner, I would never want my staff to try to justify why the dish was not prepared correctly.
Normally not a big deal, but on top of everything, the incorrect drink...
Read moreA restaurant that is tucked away up a narrow side street that serves seriously delicious pizzas. There are lots of pizzas to choose from, including options without the tomato sauce. The menu is accessed via QR codes on the tables, using your mobile phone. You then place your order with a waiter. This is okay, however if you forget something it's a pain to have to use your phone again to access the menu. To achieve your perfect pizza recipe, there are also lots of additional toppings available. From memory, the desert options were limited to a choice of three. We both really enjoyed our pizzas, but we went elsewhere for dessert. It's not the most atmospheric place to enjoy an evening meal, but it was full of happy people, eating, drinking and talking. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. Definitely worth a visit. You can always walk off your pizza whilst searching elsewhere for...
