Rocinha - Porto — Restaurant in Porto

Came on a weekday morning for breakfast. Was told to order inside and pay first before delivery of food. Ordered a croissant, pastel de nata, and an americano coffee. After 25+ minutes, the pastries came, but where's the coffee? Everyone seated around me had their meals served already (their dishes were way more complex than mine: hot dishes, sandwiches, etc) and they ordered after me. Another 10 minutes later, my coffee came. It was so ridiculous of a wait that the waiter apologized and when i asked him, why did it take so long to put two pastries on a plate and pour coffee in a cup, he said i don't know. I don't blame the waiter since it wasn't his fault. It was the counter lady who took my order. The pastries were ok, definitelynot worth the wait. The saving grace...

After waiting for 20 minutes to be attended, and 10 more for the drinks, the waiter (Costa) arrives with only one of the plates out of three and sais that he has forgotten the other two, laughing about it. When he brings them after the other person has already finished and when we tell him that the wait was too long he only sais "yes" and laughs again. We were having an omelet and fries which we finished in a second after waiting for 40 minutes. We go to talk to him to ask him to apologize and he laughs again, the manager arrives and finds out about the situation and apologizes about it while we hear the waiter saying in Portuguese that we are complaining because it took to long, but I putting the blame on his colleagues. This is by far a great place to eat on the waterfront but since the last time we are here the prices have shot up drastically. Not only that, the servers seem really angry at all the guests. We asked to join two tables in the front. I went in to use the restroom and upon coming out I heard one of the servers having a blow out about "its the principal! They cant have two tables!". Kinda bad vibes, Im guessing everyone was hungover/grumpy from the San Juan party but a little hospitality please. The umbrella fell on a table next us and hit the peoples sitting there and there was 0 attempt by the staff to help. Me and another guest had to lift it and fix it in the end. I will absolutely come back but i expect better service...
