Ryan's Irish Pub — Restaurant in Porto

We went here to watch Irish rugby. Unlike many "Irish" bars, it does seem furnished like an Irish pub. They serve Magners/Bulmers, and the Guinness is popular. It is furnished like many an Irish pub. The layout is quirky, long and narrow, leaving it a little difficult to see the tv if you aren't up the front. Upstairs, it is similar. The tv is at the back, and the long upper floor area is not ideal if you are hoping to watch a game.

Ryan's has a good selection of draft beers including Guiness and Paulaner. Staff speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Downstairs has bar and 4-5 tables. Upstairs adds 7-8 tables and another TV. Outdoor seating on the street for people watching. Friendly customers enjoying football on the TV. The don't have a kitchen but allow Uber Eats or whatever service to deliver anything you like. They even helped me find a nearby restaurant to order from. Perfect if you want somewhere to feel like you are having a drink in the UK lol, but jokes aside I loved it due to the customer service and the live music! Great beer and cocktails choices!
