The food is delicious, kudos to the chef and kitchen staff!!

But… the waiters were lost and we were a group of six with two people heavily allergic to gluten (celiac) and one also lactose. They took our order 3 times in a span of one hour, they had to come check and recheck what the previous waiter had written down, so not even drinks were served in an hour… When the food came, they were confused by what pancakes were gluten free and gave one of the non gluten free to the allergic person, thank god we spotted it but in the order we had 2 capuccinos, one normal milk and one oat milk, THEY GAVE THE COFFEES TO THE WRONG PERSON and assured the lactose intolerant girl that hers was the one with oat milk… Huge mistake!! She had it and started feeling unwell and with an upset stomach right away.

I want to thank Helena the manager who apologized and gave us a discount, although there was nothing to do with the girl that had the lactose full coffee.

So i will start by saying that the food itself was good. To all of us it came cold, the two breads we ate cold and it was tasty but the eggs (florentin) it was hard to eat cold and we asked to heat it and they delayed a lot and we needed to go already and when it came (everyone finished already their plate) we needed to go and they didn’t accept to cancel the dish and we paid for it without eating it. They didn’t gave a discount but it wasnt nice and we we’re disappointed from the cold food and the fact they charged us anyway even though we said we will not eat it. The place it self is beautiful decorated with quotes and cool stuff. And also they have an advance tech that you call the witters pressing a button which was cool as well. But its also a bit expensive and comparison with other breakfasts we experience but what we ate was tasty even...

We came here for brunch got seated at 10:30, but our food only arrived one hour later, and it was cold.

Really bad experience!

We have English breakfast brunch, eggs were completely cold, bacon and sausages were a bit warm.

The toast was cold and it came with a “kilo” of butter 🤷‍♀️

The cappuccino and the juice at a fair time after we ordered, but of course the cappuccino (that was good) was cold when the the food arrived.

The staff didn’t reach out to explain anything not to say sorry. When asked if the food was going to be much longer (after 45min waiting) the waitress told us 10min and a bit after 10min we got the food. But to wait 1h for food, that arrives cold is a terrible experience.

It is 18€ each of this English breakfast, completely not...
