Diwan Alsaraya — Restaurant in Doha

I don’t know where to start or how to describe our experience, we went 2 times to this restaurant, and both times the food took forever to arrive, and once arrived the chicken tawook was horrible the chicken came raw, they offered me a chicken tawook sandwich instead and it was more horrible and they add tomatoes with chicken who does that?! As an arabic restaurant usually chicken comes with garlic sauce, pickles and fries or coleslaw not with “tomatoes”. Also the hamburger and kafta sandwich were also bad but not as much as the chicken tawook i ordered. To make it worse, they didn’t even apologize for this or offered any dessert or discount as an apology, i sat there extremely hungry and upset, luckily we have ordered salads and french fries with hummus so i ate a little bit of that in order to suppress my hunger. This is the first time in my life i face such horrible experience and i will never ever go back to this extremely horrible place....

I ordered the Lahmeh Bilsahn with Tahina, and it was absolutely delicious — highly recommended. The meat was juicy and tender, perfectly cooked, and paired beautifully with the Tahina, which was rich and full of flavor. The service was nice and friendly; the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. I also really liked the ambience and background music, which was pleasant and not too loud, creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Long time I here in Doha I come visit first time Bsc I looking food on Bord and Reception Lady her so very good service and recommend...when go oh so amazing.restaurant and good food I order chicken shawarma plate, salad very good test in Arabic food style and all staff so very good service ..Lady Philippines she comes to take order ..she s very good say and cheer on food ..if you like to meet eating with friend or family ..I recommend...
