I deeply regret to report that my recent visit to this restaurant was not only disappointing but also disturbing due to the evident discriminatory practices and the lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns. Despite the food initially seeming promising, the treatment and service quickly soured the experience. It was particularly disheartening to witness servers from Bangladesh, who themselves did not treat customers of similar backgrounds with the fairness expected in hospitality settings. This selective service was apparent when comparing the freshness of food items served to different patrons; my friend and I, who are South Asian, received stale bread, unlike other guests.

The visit took a further downturn when both my friend and I suffered from food poisoning attributed to the meal. Upon voicing our discomfort and questioning the disparity in the quality of food served, particularly the bread, the staff, including the management, dismissed our concerns with laughter, asserting that everyone was served the same. This response was not only unprofessional but also lacked any semblance of empathy.

Additionally, an attempt to address another issue regarding an excessively hot kabob that caused us to drop our chicken was met with indifference from the management. Their unwillingness to acknowledge or rectify the mistake was another low point in our dining experience.

Given these experiences, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, especially for foreigners and those from South Asian backgrounds. The lack of respect and equity in service, compounded by a disregard for customer health and satisfaction, makes it clear that this restaurant does not uphold the standards of quality and hospitality that diners deserve.
