Maghiran Restaurant — Restaurant in Bucharest

So my partner and I were in the Old Town area on a Friday night. We hadn’t made reservations for any place and were just walking and looking for a place for dinner. Every place we went to was crowded and very loud. We went to a traditional Romanian restaurant very close by to this place but promptly left when it became VERY loud. My partner and I had to yell at each other to talk. I get it, it’s a Friday and a lot of people are looking for that atmosphere, but maybe we’re just too old for that. We walked away looking for another place and walked right in front of Cousine Royale. It was 8:30 on a Friday night and there wasn’t another soul eating inside - we thought it might be closed!
