TETO — Restaurant in Bucharest

Lovely place with amazing coffee. I come here daily for my afternoon coffee cause it's really close to where I work and their coffee is exactly what I need to have a good day.

However, I couldn't help but notice that one of the baristas is completely uninterested in the job, especially in dealing with people and their requests. I do not know his name, unfortunately, but he is short and always looks bothered when I kindly ask him for a coffee. Today he refused to make me a coffee because "he just cleaned the machine" (I arrived 5 minutes before closing, he said, although the schedule appears to be until 17:00 on Facebook - here on Google it seems to be until 16:00) which, by all standards, is rude and not professional from a customer service point of view. He ruined my day, as I was really looking forward to having my afternoon coffee today.

I hope this review will be read by the person who hired that guy and reconsider if he is right for this industry or not. For the potential customers who will read this, please take my review lightly, as the coffee remains amazing and maybe you will not have to deal with the forever-grumpy...

The location is nice, especially on a sunny day in a quiet street in Bucharest. Though there aren't many outdoor tables, we were seated right away. However, the experience wasn’t great. We waited almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, and when we went inside to ask if we should order there, the staff responded with attitude.
