While the food and drinks were of the expected good quality we have had here before in the summertime, in the cold season there are some things one should be aware of when making a reservation: the staff will not ask you where you wish to be seated beforehand and that matters more that it would seem, since the summer terrace gets poorly closed off in the winter, heated with air heaters that turn off after a few minutes and also doubles as the area where smoke-free devices are allowed. Seating a party of five non-smokers (not that they asked) with elderly people in a drafty place right next to a smoker and cold window panes with gaps is not something you’d expect from an experienced staff. When asked about it, the waiter didn’t even apologize for his mistake of not asking where we want to be seated, he just dismissively told us we can move to the indoors area if we want to. If you know you have two very different seating areas, you should certainly ask people what they want, that goes without saying. It is 2022, and some of us like to have our dinner smoke-free, which is a basic standard in restaurants all around the world. Next thing I encountered was a rude bartender – I wanted to ask about the street parking arrangements, and the bartender could not be bothered answering me (not even 'sorry I am busy, please ask the hostess'). After such a stormy beginning, we ordered our food. The waitress was patient and kind and the food was tasty (not taking into account the cigarettes smell and smoke all around us). Read moreUltima experienta aici a fost total dezamagitoare . Cel mai probabil determinanta in a nu recomanda cuiva acesta locatie pentru a lua masa . Este a doua data luna aceasta cand trec pragul locatiei la o diferenta de cel mult 2 saptamanii si am revenit aici cu prilejul unei aniversarii fiind cat de cat satisfacuta de prima experiență avuta aici insa a fost o greseala majora si regret faptul ca nu m-am ridicat si nu am plecat inaite sa comand mancarea pentru ca am avut aceasta intentie . Fiind o aniversare e cu atat mai neplacuta si dezamagitore este toata situtia .
Desi ambianta e placuta chelneri sunt politicosi inca de la inceput fost menționat faptul ca nu exista disponibilitate pentru a fi servite mai multe preparate aspect destul de neplacut insa am reusit sa comandam alte preparate care pe o scara de la 1 la 10 insumeaza la un loc nota 3 cu indulgenta .
Am comandat un burger de vita cu cartofi care a venit crud in interior si ars cu gust amarui in exterior. Din cate am observat la o masa alaturata o alta clienta care a avut acelas preparat la returnat personal incat cel mai probabil si al ei era crud .
Butter chicken ul comandat nu se apropia deloc de ce varianta reala a preparatului plus ca era extrem de sarat . ( si nu exagerez cand spun asta… fara prezenta orezului simplu preparatul nu ar fi fost consumabil) . Culoarea preparatului de asemenea era ceva departe de ce stim / putem vedea la o simpla cautare ca este butter chicken ul.
De asemenea ultimul preparat friptura de pui cajun poate merita un update pentru ca primesti un pui uscat si atat . Fara vreun gust fara vreun dressing ori ceva care sa il faca ingerabil cat de cat sincer . Nu stiu cine ar manca de placere daca nu de foame asa ceva . Plus ca nu exista ceva care sa iti fie recomandat ori nu se cunoste din partea chelnerului pentru a face preparatul mai delicios .
Concluzie nota de plata(peste 200 lei ) mult peste valoarea reala a calitatii preparatelor . Total dezamagitor . Poate ar fi util sa livrati calitate la banii acestia ori cel putin sa investiti in bucatari cu experinta pentru ca altfel mai bine vine lumea maxim la o bere acolo si un popcorn . Prima experienta mi-a lasat impresia unui pub cu mancare pregatita rapid ( doar sa fie acolo ceva rapid langa o bautura ) nu foarte profi dar totusi decenta insa a doua experienta dezamagitoare total . De asemenea poate se rezolva si aspectele de “ordin tehnic “ incat sa nu stai in restaurant cu 3 galeti de apa si un mop atarnat de perete pentru ca nu da bine :) mai ales in zona in care se mananca si exista clienti nu e o placere sa vezi cum se stoarce mopul . De asemenea canapeaua lunga de la intrare e mult prea joasa pentru a servi mancarea de pe masa . Deci tine-ti cont de satisfacerea unor conditii optime totusi.
