Perfetto Cucina Italiana — Restaurant in Cluj Metropolitan Area

I had dinner today at Perfetto. I am not going to enter into details as I am a Hospitality professional and could name many deficiencies. Basically, I will not come back as It is a real shame to see how a team of 5 waiters (4 male and 1 female) the only one working and managing the WHOLE dining room is Estefania. The rest, smoking outside, another one came with a kebab wrap from outside, another one with the two hands on the back….even the dish was on the pass several times and several male waiters passed in front and the only one taking care was Estefania. Shame. Shame for a business to have people like this playing with the investment of owners and don’t caring about Estefania and the team. Also, several times one elderly lady from the kitchen was on the pass waiting for a waiter to pick up the dish. Can you imagine who took it, right? Yes, Estefania. With a bit of training, Estefania has huge potential and unfortunately she is a gem surrounded a lazy and careless team members. She finished our dinner service with a smile but we could only feel pity for her. Apparently the owner (a lady with long coat) was present when we entered the restaurant and we think she is totally aware about the behavior of the team as some waiters were seated in front of her (and also in front of guests). Unacceptable under my point of view. You have a beautiful local, but please, get some knowledge how to properly run a Restaurant and get rid of the toxic members and your Restaurant will be packed. I ordered a pizza and it was really tasty. The biggest problem there is the service. The waiter wouldn't take our coats, we had to ask him; then they rushed us and they were ready to take our plate even if it was not finished because we went there at 17:30 without booking... The worst part: the same waiter asked for a tip and out of kindness i told him how much i was willing to give, and later on i noticed that he took more tip than the amount i suggested for himself, which is basically stealing. Finally when we asked for parmigianno he never mentionned that it was 4 euros extra... As a conclusion if i could give less then 1 star for the service i would; unexperimented waiter, lacking obviously courtesy. Such a shame for such a well decorated place with good food; this service makes it overpriced and overestimated and i wouldn't recommand this restaurant.
