Not the experience I expected, to be honest. In short: sat down, was constantly disturbed by the waiters to order something fast! One came then the other one left and so on and so forth, until I panicked and ordered something by accident. The food was average. Lacked salt...
The place is really nice. It's close to the city centre and nicely decorated. The music was also very suitable.
When I entered and found a seat, the waiter came immediately to bring me the menu, which i appreciate because in some places you need to wait a long time until somebody notices you. But since the place was so small and not full, it was manageable. While I started to read the menu, trying to decide what I want to order, one of the two waiters (the other one) asked me if i am ready to order. I apologized and asked for a few minutes more to be able to decide. In the next second, when this waiter went away, the other one came back. Asking me if I know what I want to order. I apologized, again, and asked for some minutes more to decide.... The guy went away, the other waiter came back. He asked me if I know what I would like to order. I honestly thought this was a joke... then I saw he is serious. And took the first thing I saw on the menu...
And the food was, average! Yes, it's a hipster place, but they clearly do not reach the expectancy a person has when he enters this place. The food had no taste, because it had no salt at all! I also had a desert, which was really delicious and recomend it to anyone who eats there.
Would I go back there? Definitely not! How is a person supposed to decide in 1 minute what he wants to order, when he is constantly disturbed/interrupted by one of the two waiters?! In my opinion it's rude and lacks...
Read moreCozy place near city center. The food is tasty, but the service is terrible, and the prices are too high. We were a group of 5 and we were asked to split 2&3 to find free tables faster. We accepted. First 2 people got in, last 3 had a loong wait. We were asked to take a look on the menu and decide what to eat while waiting outside. After a few minutes they asked if the group of 3 can be split again cause they managed to find a chair at the table with the first 2. Again, we accepted, but it was a 2 persons table, very tiny, where they added an extra chair. So 3 people in, 2 still outside. In the meantime other people were getting in, and when we asked why we still have to wait cause we were there before, the answer was: "I've already ordered the food in advance on some sits which aren't free yet". Overall, we had a bad "eggperience"; I do understand that they are trying to make things efficiently in a small place, but we should meet somewhere in the middle, their profit and customer...
Read moreGood food, very much opposite for how it felt there. This is just a cash grab in my view.. The place tries to fit people in every place possible without being prepared. We sat at a table so low you could barely eat from it, and most people touch elbows (literally) around the single large table in this small place where everyone is crammed at. And there was a sense of being rushed through, many people waiting to enter, and staff moving hurriedly around the place. Waitress came to take our order while we were waiting outside lining up (!), food came right after we sat down. So yeah, cash-grab, 'utilitarian' and that's it. Not to mention my partner was aggravated by cleaning staff while in the bathroom, because there was a static puddle around the bathroom door, so they kept trying to open the door with her inside even though she kept saying everything was okay in there. Especially considering the price point, I'm sorry but I just can't rate this highly, I like to enjoy my...
