Gut war der Nähe zum Zentrum und das Bett. Aber sonst gibt es viele Mängel. Der Dusche ist ekelhaft! Das Zimmermädchen hat nicht wirklich Ahnung wie ein geputzte Wohnung ausschauen muss. Die Fenster und Gardinen wurden seit mindestens einem Jahr nicht mehr gewaschen, voller Staub und grau. Um die Lichtern ausschalten zu können muss man aus der Bett ausstehen. Kein Rollo und die Verdunkelung Gardine war viel zu schmal. Die Leute haben immer wieder in den Schlafzimmer reingeschaut! Die Bilder aus Booking.com sind so verlockend aber die Wohnung taugt nix! Nicht reinfallen! Keine Empfehlung!

Sa auzi rapsodia romana la ore fixe transmisa din turnul primariei, sa privesti ceasul luminat de pe cladirea de vis a vis,sa fii martorul bulevardului aglomerat si plin de viata de la balcon in razele soarelui de toamana tarzie…. Da ! Khote Haus e locul potrivit din Cluj.

Locatia mea preferata in Cluj! Sunt mai multe apartamente - am stat in doua din ele si ambele sunt mobilate cu bun gust, au bucatarie utilata, suficient spatiu si o atmosfera foarte placuta. Gazda este foarte amabila si a rezolvat imediat cerintele extra (am mai avut nevoie de 2 scaune). E central, la 5 min de mers pe jos de centru. Are in apropiere cafenele, cofetarie, restaurante, supermarket DM, magazin de fructe si legume si chiar un magazin non stop. Recomand!

Locatia mea preferata in Cluj! Sunt mai multe apartamente - am stat in doua din ele si ambele sunt mobilate cu bun gust, au bucatarie utilata, suficient spatiu si o atmosfera foarte placuta. 😊: Second time staying here so yeah it's very good as the location is prime, only downside as i always say it has no air con and the street can be noisy as you have the windows open for the fresh air. The location is prime in the heart of the old town and close to all the shops and attractions.. 😢: No air con and no washing machine. Please fix your shower the mount is holding on by a thread and it's not the most comfortable to use because of this. It's a little dated and the doors dont...

I am currently giving a 1 star review to this place because I have booked a room somewhere around 23rd of May. In july, 4 days before my trip I get a message from booking that this place has cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. I cannot understand how overbooking can happen when I have made and paid for a reservation almost 2 months in advance. I will never book this place again , due to the risk of getting a cancellation less than a week...

Absolutely disgusting.||||Does not meet the basic standards of hygiene.||||The entrance is a dumpster. You have to go through the dirt and rubble. Filthy place.||||Basic facilities. Shower leaks,.curtain needs a change.||Bathroom floods. ||Spartan bed. Thin duvet from the last war.||||No service, no cleaning, no change of sheets or towels.||||Absolutely third world.
