Boutique #2 — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

I normally stay at the hotel in this building and have always appreciated the convenience of dining here. Unfortunately, today around 10:00 I had a very disappointing experience with one of the waitresses.

The young, dark-haired waitress (around 24–25 years old) was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. She walked past me several times without making eye contact while I was waiting to order. When I finally asked her directly, her response was dismissive, saying she “did not know where I was sitting.”

When I politely tried to give her feedback about her attitude, she simply turned her back on me and walked away. This kind of behavior shows complete disregard for guests and is unacceptable in any service environment – especially in a restaurant that receives so many hotel guests.

Staff members who act in such a way should seriously reconsider if this is the right profession for them. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because as someone who regularly stays at the hotel, I would like to keep coming here – but the service must improve...

We went after New Year's Eve, we were eight friends, and we wanted to sit outside in the garden. It was empty, all the tables were empty, and because we were eight people, we wanted to combine the two tables, and while we were not combining the table, the waiter came running and tried to fix the table in a very rude and disrespectful way, saying that you cannot do such a thing, we said that “we could sit in this way that would fit eight people” we said that the customer or the shape of the table is more important, He said that our rules are like this! we cannot change it, and you have no right to do such a thing, he politely kicked us out! In general they are very rude in places in Serbia and they have very weird unchanging rules like an army! They can not think practically!!! I don't think I will ever come to this...

The worst burger in my life I had ever was served here. It is easy to cook when you know that the bun has to be roasted a bit, the groceries have to be fresh not brown from being old and the cherry tomatoes should be tasty not the cheapest ones that have less taste than water. The Cesar salad has to have fresh chicken, fresh groceries and vegetables and a special sauce not freaking mayonnaise!!! If you can’t cook it better remove it from the menu. Overpriced drinks - more than $3,5 USD for a 250ml coke?! You guys are nuts! When I paid the bill in this restaurant bought myself a 330ml in front of this place at the Fat Fox for only $1,8 USD twice bigger twice cheaper. I bet that place has better food and prices too. Never coming back as this isn’t a restaurant even a lowest tier food place is better than...
