🌟 for the great location. There are more coffee shops in Belgrade than you can shake a stick at, but this is the perfect location for local and tourist. 🌟 the staff are amazing in their professionalism and customer care. No matter how packed the place is, you will be treated like part of the Starbucks family with a smile and fast, efficient service. 🌟 they actually have decaf coffee which is what my wife and I drink ⅔ of the time. I know in barista lingo they call it “what’s the use”, but at RSD 1100 per 250g pack, the use is money to pay the staff. 🌟 they actually have real dark roast coffee - Expresso Decaf, Expresso, Sumatra, and Verona are what we buy. We blend the Expresso (caff), Sumatra , and Verona for our caff blend. 🌟 Non-smoking inside. They do not allow any smoking inside and also ask people not to vape when they see it. That is great! If you want a cigarette with coffee you have nice outdoor seating. The inside is reserved for non smoking. Thank you!
I would give another 🌟 to the kind and cordial staff who grind my coffee every 10 days or so for our home coffee machine. I know you are busy and grinding my coffee is a pain in the a** , but you have never been anything but gracious to me even when you are slammed. THANK...
Read moreI would like to share my general experience with Starbucks locations in Serbia. Whenever I visit any Starbucks branch and ask for brewed (filtered) coffee, I always receive the same excuses that the machine is not working, they are out of coffee, or they have no filters. This happens every single time, without exception.
After several years of hearing the same explanations, I finally asked one of the employees for the real reason. They told me that brewed coffee is rarely ordered, so they simply don’t prepare it at all. This means that Starbucks’ signature drink, brewed coffee, is not available at any of their branches in Serbia.
Regarding the Rajceva branch specifically, the place is extremely dirty both inside and outside. The coffee quality is poor, and the staff seem overwhelmed and too busy to prepare drinks properly or maintain cleanliness. If this brunch was not part of a touristic location like Knez Mihailova, I believe most customers would not return after their...
Read moreAs someone who has visited the Starbucks at TC Rajićeva in Belgrade multiple times, I’ve had enough experiences to form a solid opinion.
On the plus side, the coffee is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. The variety of drinks, along with their delicious cookies and muffins, never disappoints. The interior is always clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing or working.
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the outside seating area, which often seems neglected. It’s usually dirty, and only occasionally does someone come around to clean it up.
The biggest downside, however, has been the attitude of the staff. On several occasions, I’ve encountered employees who were either rude, uninterested, or even made fun of my order. This lack of professionalism really detracts from the overall experience and makes it less...
