Minimum basic burger and nothing special. Definitely not worth the 4.9 average review and should be more like 3.

The two crispy chicken burgers we had was simply deep fried chicken and the rest of the burger very basic. Nothing special to it. It looks nothing like the images of the burgers shown by the restaurant.

We also waited 20 minutes for it even though there was only one customer ahead of us.

The outside arsa has a lot of foot traffic and in front of a rundown and dirty fountain area.

RESPONSE: the comment of the outside area and dirty fountain (5 meters away from the seating area) is not that it is the responsibility of the restaurant, but that it falls under the experience of that patron. Eating next to a dirty untaken care of area negatively affects the experience. Thus, the restaurant can wash their hands in innocence or they can step outside their area of responsibility and do a little bit in cleaning or tidying up the outside area around their seating.

Re the burger: we only compared the burgers that we received with the overall average rating of 4.9 for your establishment and what we received is far from 4.9, regardless if this is your flagship burger or not, because this is an item on your menu.

Being a bit of a burger enthusiasts, I simply had to try out this place when a colleague sang its praises during a casual convo. And when I tell you I wasn't ready... The meat was tender and melty, the bun soft and flavourful, the chips perfectly crispy, the onion rings sweet and non-greasy, and the sauces abundant and perfectly balanced. It's safe to say that I enjoyed this meal and that I'll be recommending this place to all those willing to listen. So the food gets an easy A+ from me. However, what perhaps surprised me the most was how wonderfully pleasant and chatty the staff was. They asked for my preferences and suggested the perfect option for me, as well as modify some things to enhance the experience. Also, while I waited for my food to be ready we talked and laughed, and they shared with me a bit about their business. And while that fakey customer service politeness can oftentimes be annoying, I felt none of that here. They seemed like genuinely nice people who enjoy what they do and that was felt in their customer service as well as their food. I will definitely be visiting Perlo's as my weekly treat again and...

No jokes here. It is the best burger I have ever had in my life.

My standards for burgers were always pretty high and it is difficult to meet them: cold buns, salty and hard meat, lack of ingredients or poor sense of proportion etc. But these guys did the impossible. It's the symphony of taste and it has the only con: you won't ever even look at another burger. This is like high quality audio or high fps gaming: when you try it, you can not unhear or unsee it. Same here, you can't untaste it.

I've been sceptical when they had just opened. When one sees only 5 stars reviews for a new place it really might look like a scam.

That's not a scam, that's an antient food wizard's castle in the woods of the Umami land. Since then I've eaten about solid 200 double smashed and triple smashes burgers, delivered and at the restaurant. Btw the new one, Oklahoma smashed, is a killer as well.

It is worth every dinar and every minute you wait for it. Good things take...
