Burger King Laurinská — Restaurant in Bratislava

Absurdly slow and very rude service. Since the moment I stood in queue, the queue for ordering took about 5 minutes per order which is laughably bad. Then when I made a simple order of two cheeseburgers, it took more than 17 minutes to make. I spoke with the clerk. Apparently my order was never made even though I paid for it in advance. The order hand-out clerk came in and lied about me missing the order which never happened. I watched every second of their work ever since i got my number cz I was hungry and on the edge. I didn't miss my order. I politely refused this lie, we politely immediately agreed to not argue. I was to be reimbursed because i had no more time to wait. During the reimbursement process the order give out clerk made several rude remarks. I am yet to have beem reimbursed via a transfer.

I'd love to have seen this situation to transpire in competetive fastfoods, from my experience, it would have happened differently, without rude or slow service and to the customers satisfaction.

Oh, it was the worst experience ever possible. Brought food, got the code from the toilet on the receipt, went with it to the toilet, and it didn't work out because turns out it was totally different code you have to take from counter. Tried the new code several times - nothing works. Called the worker to ask why exactly I couldn't get inside. Turned out it was necessary to hit this code machine 2 times so it worked properly. Expected that, after all, I can wash hands - nope. No soap, and the toilet paper was present, and it was not physically possible to get out. From another point, the toilet was pretty clean. Burger King on Laurinská Street was a fantastic experience! The location is central and convenient, perfect for a quick bite while exploring Bratislava. The burgers were delicious and freshly made, exactly what I was craving. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
