I ordered the sviečková or tenderloin in cream if you are translating to English. It was seriously so good. The meat is brisket. The sauce was divine. The jam was similar to a cranberry sauce. The menu said it was served with dumplings but it was like a bread. If you are American or Canadian, it tastes like a Thanksgiving meal. So hearty and delicious.
