Visited last night for a final dinner in Bratislava. It's hidden away as has been pointed out and quite fun how you work your way through the building and down to the restaurant in the dungeon. The loos are even closer to the centre of the earth!
The service was a bit grim - we got moved from a small 4 seat table to a tiny 2 seat table even though we protested a little, then the next tourist couple that came in got the table we were kicked off. There is no SK beer on tap (only German) which is a bit weird for a SK restaurant - they do have bottles though.
The food was good - schnitzel and salmon. The other dishes around looked good too. The decor is quite funky - there are photos on tripadvisor and it's pretty cool with the statues.

Read moreWe arrived and were "greeted" (in the most liberal sense of the word) by an incredibly rude waiter, who then disappeared. We gave him a chance to redeem himself, yet upon his return he managed the seemingly insurmountable task of being even more impolite; we immediately chose to vacate the premises. As we were leaving, the waiter had the unmitigated gall to ask whether we would be returning; we most certainly will not! Judging by the other reviews, the food at this establishment is decent, but good food means nothing when the customer is treated...
Read moreThis was really great restaurant once... Interior is rebuild, not to better, I am afraid. Service was very kind (some Ukrainian lady). But, sadly said, today I had the worst broth ever. It was plain, thin, completely without taste, only some carrot inside, not any other vegetable or pasta as is usual in Slovakia. The only thing which was good with this broth - it was served hot, what is really important. Beer was tapped good and tasty. Toilets are outside, you have to get key from service, and there is only cold...
