I recently discovered a hidden breakfast paradise in Ljubljana, and it's none other than the establishment located щт Poljanska cesta, close to the center of the city. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with an extensive selection of breakfast delights, hearty portions, and prices that left me pleasantly surprised.
The menu choices available at this okrepčevalnica are truly impressive. They cater to all tastes and preferences, offering a wide range of options to suit every craving. Whether you're in the mood for a burek, čivapčiči, pleskavica, hot dogs, you'll find it here.
What struck me the most was the generous portions served. Each dish was presented with an ample serving size that left me feeling satisfied and energized for the day ahead. I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to compromise on quantity despite the fantastic prices offered. It's rare to find such value for money in today's dining scene, and this establishment certainly delivered.
Speaking of prices, they deserve a special mention. The affordability of the breakfast options was a delightful surprise. It's refreshing to find a place that offers great quality food without charging exorbitant prices. The combination of generous portions and reasonable prices makes this venue a standout choice for those looking to start their day with a fulfilling and budget-friendly meal.
Additionally, the location of this establishment was convenient, and the overall ambiance was inviting. The cozy and comfortable setting provided the perfect backdrop for a leisurely breakfast, whether you're dining alone or with...
Read moreA pleasant surprise! From outside it looks like a kebab shop like any other, but their Burek (mesni - 2.8€) and Cevapcici (7€) are astonishingly delicious!
We had both lunch (take away) and dinner (dine in). We wanted to try the burek for lunch and we absolutely loved it. Later in the evening, we had to face one of Ljubljana’s most annoying problems: the restaurants. We couldn’t find a place affordable or that didn’t need a booking one week in advance, so we went back to BUREK to try their Cevapcici. I can happily say that we were more than satisfied by our choice. Everything was inexpensive and delicious. A safe haven for food in Ljubljana!
(I’ll add pics of the Cevapcici if I can in the...

The guys behind the counter were polite and friendly. There are three tables and about nine chairs/stools. The place is clean, and there’s a convenient sink with soap and a roll of kitchen paper...
