I am often wary of eating Asian food in Central Europe as it is rarely authentic and to my liking - having lived many years across Asia I know how it should taste. So you can imagine my surprise and delight when I popped by for a quick bowl of Pho - one of the greatest soups in the world when done right. THESE GUYS DO IT RIGHT. The food was very good, with a delicious blend of flavors that left me feeling satisfied.
