Krakovc pivnica in okrepčevalnica — Restaurant in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, especially given the price.

The meal was very basic and something that could easily be prepared at home. I ordered the avocado toast with egg, and the avocado spread was applied so thinly that it resembled a thin layer of butter. I did not taste the avocado and the toast was a regular piece from supermarket. The eggs were small and the presentation was bland, with no garnishing or decoration.

Additionally, the images on their social media are misleading and do not represent the actual food experience.

I would not recommend this restaurant. 👎🏻

Thank you for your response. I understand that mistakes can happen in any business. However, we paid the full price for your mistake, which left us quite disappointed. Regrettably, this experience has ensured that we will not be returning, and repeat our mistake.

We still had to go and eat somewhere else to fill our stomach.

Also, I would like to mention that in food industry, there should be no mistakes and you should not allow yourself...

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the cafe. Me and my girlfriend, wanted a peaceful coffee at 6pm, however the experience we had, was NOT as peaceful as we expected. As I forgot my wallet at home, my girlfriend only had 1,70€ to her name. So, she decided to drink an apple juice and i just ordered a glass of water. It has come to my attention that tap water in Slovenia in all of the cafes should be free. The waitress came with a BOTTLE of water. At first I thought it was an honest mistake. I asked her to bring me a glass of water, but she rudely said we cannot sit here if we only have one drink on the menu. When we asked her to bring us the receipt, for which we waited 23 minutes. She impolitely told us we cannot visit the cafe anymore....

Very good experience. Kind and efficient staff that was super acoomodating to a large group of people. We preordered our food during the reservation to make things easier for them and us and it meant we had a very pleasant visit.

The place was fully prepared with the food ready to go when we arrived and the bar guys working super fast to make coffees, bring water and juice etc.

Although it was probably really stressful for them, the guys were very nice to us.
