I've actually been a regular here for the past few years and kept coming back because I hoped the service would improve but it hasn't. I'm here today and the drinks took 15 minutes to get to the table from the time I ordered them. Our waiter although did not write anything down when taking our order because he remembered them by head I guess, completely forgot to bring the glass of water I had ordered. And when I asked for it again the second time, sit seemed like he totally forget that I had ordered it in the first place.

The food took about 25 minutes which wasn't that long but everything was definitely NOT value for my money, they were over priced, and i personally don't feel the pizza is up to standard of Romans pizza make 3 times better pizza. Our waiter gave us food without cutlery and we had to take cutlery from the other table because he disappeared.

This was just a bad experience and the last straw for me. And I would recommend that anyone thinking of coming here should rather go to McDonald's because you will most defined get the same service or maybe even better at a much...

The waiter told us that she’s knocking off we need to pay our bill..we paid the bill ,she didn’t even offer us another waiter ..we had to look for another waiter ourselves…We then find a waiter (Joy) we asked her to seat us at a charging point she left us at the table didn’t care if the charging point works or not we had to find a proper charging point ourselves my friend ordered Long Island while I was checking which dessert to order ,when she brought the Long Island I asked her what kind of cakes does she have as it’s stated on the menu ukuthi you must ask the waiter she gave us so much attitude we asked her if it goes with ice cream or cream she said “it goes how you see it “ She was talking while the manager was even talking (intervening)we couldn’t state our bad experience properly…we were so hurt and vowed that we will never go to cuppucinos Menlyn we rather go to Wonderboom as they provide 10/10 service ..: The shop wasn’t even busy ukithi we will get this...
