I went to grab dinner for takeouts, and wow I received traitorous service from these ladies. When you walk in you can already feel that the atmosphere s unwelcoming. Then the till lady was digging her teeth with a toothpick while taking my order. Unsanitary and unprofessional.
As she was taking my order for a mere 6 wings, she looked at me up and down like an inferior. My 6 wings took 40 minutes. 40 MINUTES?!! As I waited for my order I didn't want to even go up and ask if my food was ready, it was because of how hostile the workers were. And when I eventually did, I went up to fetch my order, they hadn't even packed it.
The conditions were so unsanitary as the kitchen is visible from the front. the meat was just sitting on the counter as the ladies were cleaning the floors and table counter tops in the kitchen. I am never going back to this branch. All those workers need to be replaced with good service workers who actually have gratitude for finding a job. If I could give the service 0 stars, I would. We were asked to wait 20min by Nonduduzo, we left and came back only to be served the same dry wings that were sitting at the pass when we placed the order on arrival.
There were background conversations between staff (who thought we don’t understand the local language) about how annoyed they were, wanted to knock off and go home for the long weekend, and how they were irritated that customers kept coming in.
All of the tables were extremely dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. She came with a dirty towel while sighing and rolling her eyes.
The spot is only doing good because they’re in a good and convenient location. Other that that, you’re fed with terrible service full of attitude, late food that is dry, soggy, unfresh and old.
I’m extremely disappointed. And this is not the first time. I thought it was an isolated incident after the first time, even the second time. But but I’m seeing that it’s a constant.

The lady who was assisting on her annoying chewing gum, so she made a mistake and wanted a void, then she asked the store manager to assist, but because we are not valued customers at Chicken licken Rosebank , regardless of how many meals we buy, she was like am busy I can’t come.
