Our son won 4 vouchers worth R50 each in a school competition for the Panarottis in Rosebank The Zone. We called the store to advise them that we would like to purchase the call and collect special for 3 pizzas and that we have vouchers to redeem. Initially the cashier on the phone advised that we can't use vouchers for a special as this is in the Ts & Cs. We informed them that this is not included in the Ts & Cs only to find that we were not referring to the same vouchers. They advised that we should come to the store to present the vouchers when we come to collect our order. When we got to the store, indeed the vouchers were not the same as what the manager was referring to. She went to fetch the Pizzas only to come back saying the other manager is saying we can only redeem one of the vouchers. When questioning the lady and asked to speak to the other manager he told us again that we could only use one voucher and yet this was not listed in the Ts and Cs. After a heated exchange with my husband he advised that we could redeem two of the four vouchers but we decided to take back the vouchers and leave after such a distasteful experience especially after driving all the way AFTER we called only to be given a DIFFERENT reason why we could not redeem our vouchers. The manager kept insisting that he advised the school that the vouchers could only be redeemed one at a time and yet when our son was awarded, he was told he won R200 voucher. Appalled at the...

During our recent visit to Panarottis The Zone (Halaal), my wife and I ordered a variety of dishes to sample. I opted for the beef ribs and wings, while my wife chose the Alfredo pasta along with a mocktail. The service was prompt, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating my request for warm water just as I preferred.

However, while the atmosphere was pleasant and the service commendable, the food left something to be desired. The beef ribs and wings were decent but didn't quite meet our expectations in terms of flavor and tenderness. Similarly, the Alfredo pasta lacked seasoning, requiring additional salt and pepper to enhance its taste.

On a brighter note, the mocktail my wife ordered was a standout highlight of our meal. It was impeccably crafted, delivering a refreshing burst of flavors that surpassed our expectations.

Overall, while our experience at Panarottis The Zone (Halaal) was mixed, with some dishes falling short of our expectations, the exceptional service and standout mocktail ensure that we would consider giving it another try...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my partner and I received during our visit to Panarottis at The Zone, Rosebank, on Tuesday, the 7th of October. We chose the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected.

Upon arrival, we were seated and given menus, but thereafter, we were completely ignored. We waited for nearly an hour without anyone attending to us, despite several waiters passing by our table. It felt as though we were invisible, and we even considered leaving to dine elsewhere due to the lack of service.

Eventually, just as we were about to leave, a staff member approached us and asked if we had been assisted. After explaining that we had not, she took our order, but by that point, the entire dining experience had already been spoiled.

It was a very disappointing way to spend what was meant to be a special occasion. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service in the future, so that no other guests have to...
