McDonald's Menlyn Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

The worst customer service ever, 1st i asked for help numerous times and no one was keen to help me, when i finally got someone she assisted me in redeeming my Mc app points however the order didn't go through meanwhile my 5000 points shows redeemed on my app amd app histroy i then show the lady, who called the manager to assist and the manager days to me as customer that i was supposed to be done that way! But i am just a client how am i supposed to know i mean thats why i asked for help. She then says just use your cash and forget about the points...... Like how do u tell a customer something like that

She said she doesn't have a solution i must just buy amd get done since i am in a hurry otherwise i must wait for 30min. I lost my points, didn't get my food and got the worst customer...

Very rude staff telling me at 7:15 the meat still needs to be injected, also Mpho at menlyn mall was very rude telling me the manager has a lot to do that's y the store can't be ready at 7am n also she can't sell for me as they're not ready so I want to understand at what time is the store opening ? As I would love to have my meal before I start work at 7:30...I'm so hurt by the tone and words used at me by ur staff members, I still can't understand why u keep such staff while professional and friendliness are not their top priority, I even threw my meal in the bin and I cried bcoz of the words I received I definitely would not go back to...

I was on a que for about 10 minutes and when I bought it was 14:18, I had bought 4 macflurrys I waited for them and after 10 minutes I went to the pick up area to check how far they were since I could see the people bought after me being served A lady by the name of Phumzile(Shift Leader)was the one at the pick up point said that she will check for me how far they were with an attitude but she never did.When I got my order it was 14:49 and it was because there is lady whose light in complection(I didnt get her name)that came and I asked her to check for me and...
