Nando's Eastgate — Restaurant in Gauteng

I bought a quarter chicken with a salad and l thought while their making my food, lemme quickly go to the nearest supermarket to get some stuff cause they told me it's gonna take atleast 20 minutes to be ready. It was a busy day that l can say ,so l went took me approximately 50 minutes to an hour to come back,and when l came back my order was not there. The one who was supposed to serve me was just staring at my slip ,says the order has been taken ,well it was not taken by me clearly cause here am l. Not even communicating l am just standing there she is not saying anything to me and in like 6 minutes she asked her colleague to make that order and still not saying anything to me ,l am just standing there like I am lost or something. Worse thing the order comes out ,she handed it to me without even looking at my direction, l took the order and left ,only to find out that they gave me yet another wrong order,but l was home already, l asked it with salad and was given with veggie mix or corn ,but that l don't mind,the attitude bothers me please check with your staff attitude, they should learn communicating with customers. If my order was lost somehow, she could have told me that ,instead of just standing there and letting assume they lost or...

nando's is one other shop which is managed to maintain their quality of service across all most of the shops this one in particular was is situated inside Eastgate Mall , I would give it 8% due to the fact that even though I'm happy with the customer service they are when is to customers needs his not hundred percent I would give probably 30% but customer service once they see that you need help they'll help you hundred percent so I wear nice can be improved and also I think they are sitting area is always too full due to the fact that that is more tables them need to be there should probably remove about 10 tables from there and then they would be enough sitting area so that people can be arranged properly but otherwise I'm very happy...

The service by the tiller was good but the lady who brought our food was extremely rude, and impolite at all. We were directed at a table that was dirty and when we requested her to clean it she became obnoxious and did not want to clean it. She finally cleaned it when we treaten to talk to a manager on duty. But for some reason she left the floor wet from spilled cold drink.
