We found this gem of a restaurant though Restaurant Week. What an amazing find in Rosebank, inside the hotel! The photos we saw beforehand really don't do the place justice. It's much smarter than what we expected. The food was exceptional, beautiful presented and equally tasty. The steak was prepared to perfection and the started carpaccio was the best I've tasted. I had a Virginia Pina Colada, it was fabulous. Steep price at R85 for no alcohol, but nevertheless, it was great. This chef knows how to prepare meals, world class! We were served by Busani. What a true gentleman and a waiter of note. Everything he did was with the utmost precision. Any question we asked, he made every effort to answer, even if it wasn't related to the food.
